I must apologise for my absence on the blog-front. I was in a bit of a slump last week and knew I could not do my little blog justice. I am happy to announce I have crawled out of the dark abyss and am ready to resume life again.

I'm very excited tonight as I'm heading out for dinner to Tetsuya's in Sydney! I've been wanting to go there for about a decade and tonight's the night!

I hope you have been well and that, whatever you're up to tonight, it's spectacular!
